Do you thin most men look better with facial hair or cleaned shaved and why?

We were given whiskers because it is a natural part of our genetic make up and we shave our faces bald. I think a well groomed beard and mustache looks so much better than a bare face. Mens top lips look funny to me without mustaches.Do you thin most men look better with facial hair or cleaned shaved and why?
Absolutely much better with facial hair, unless the facial hair is so thin an uneven it just looks scruffy.

My hubby has a beard and a mustache..and I asked him to grow it..I like it! I think that he looks very sweet!! LOL!
I like a little stubble.
It is really a cultural thing. Look at how we accept the scruffy look on movie stars, and the mustaches on police. I think shaving is an effort to be less threatening to other men, women and children. I'm sure that guys with large beards are at least a little more intimidating than their clean-shaven brothers. Personally, the beard is so scratchy! Many women develop bad acne from kissing guys with scratchy beards, and the beard harbors germs. The family of a guy with a beard is sicker than a family without a beard, but the bearded man is healthier.
I like the scruffy look. But I think I like cleanly shaved is the best. I don't like facial hair on guys under 25

my husband has a moustache and beard. It works for him. All people are different. I couldn't imagine my husband without his facial hair, he would look naked or bald as you say !!!
i think it depends on the shape of a guys face. or on his personality. on some face shapes, it can look really hot but on others, sometimes it just looks like he is dirty and ungroomed even if he grooms it.
I like a clean shaved face personally.
Personally i don't like beards and mustaches but saying that i think stubble (if that's what u wanna call is :S lol ) well i think a guy with that is beautiful.
i like cleaned shaved better too because it makes the person look sophisticated and like organized. with facial hair....it just looks tacky. i kinda think its gross.
