How do i get rid of Facial dark patches?

Wanted some advice!!





I'm a 28 year old asian male. Above my eyebrows, i have dark thick lines running the full length of my eyebrows. It looks like my eyebrows have doubled up!





Any ideas on how i can get rid of these dark lines??
