I don't even know if such a thing exists but it seems like something you imagine would something water proof with a rotating scowering pad so you can really clean your face and get rid of black heads ect.Where can i buy an electric facial buffer?

Wow, Ive never heard of one of those.. sounds like you can do some damage to your skin that way. Why not try St, Ives Apricot Scrub.. it really works well.
I have seen them in drug stores and in department stores. I also know that Avon sells them.(Or at least they used to.)
