It can. Talk to the person that does you facial. He/she will make recommendations for you. Don't be surprised if you get a pimple or two after your facial. Nope. First of all, you have to be sure that they are scars cause they can also be post-acne marks (brown spot but not scar). If they are scars then I'd suggest bio oil. If not, then use this cream called Ambi fade cream, it has got hydroquinone which is the main ingredient in fading such marks.
