If you shave in a place without dark facial hair, will it start growing dark facial hair?

lately ive only been plucking my facial hair but its very painful. If i shave but also shave in a spot where there are no facial hair, will facial hair start growing there?If you shave in a place without dark facial hair, will it start growing dark facial hair?

No, not necessarily. If you were like to accidentally shave like the light colored hair on your arm (if it is still not that hairy), wait and see if it will grow back darker. Most likely it won't, but you never can be sure. Everyone is different.
