How can I grow facial hair quicker?

I am 19 and a half and I don't have a lot of facial hair. What can I do to make it grow quicker and fuller?How can I grow facial hair quicker?
well it's really kind of hereditary, but all i can think of is just shave what you got and shave over it every morning.How can I grow facial hair quicker?
I've noticed that a lot of people who smoke herb grow facial hair faster than normal. But if it's genetics, you're just screwed. Not much you can do about that. Sorry. UNLESS,..... there is always the option of snorting rogaine, but I don't know about the safety of that option.
