Mash some strawberries and add enough milk to make a paste. Put it on your face and leave it for 20 mins. Wash it off with lukewarm water...great mask.

Oatmeal and honey would be good for the face. Cucumbers also feel really good. Steaming your face feels good, too. I wouldn't put flour on my face. Olive oil and egg are each good for the hair (I'm not sure I'd mix them together, though ;-). Don't know about strawberries or milk.
Well, every now and then i mix 1 part cinnamon, and 2 parts honey. It kinda tints my face, but after using soap to get the tint off my face is EXTREAMLY soft and clean.
