What is the difference between FACIAL and POSTER?

I'd heard these words recently by announcers when a player dunk on a opposing player.What is the difference between FACIAL and POSTER?
A facial dunk is like when the defender doesn't really jump to block the shot, just puts their hands up, %26amp; get's slammed on. Such as this:

Now a poster dunk is more of when the defender actually jumps, or try's to get out of the way but gets caught getting dunked on.

They basically are the same thing. A facial means you dunked on a guy right in his face (not literally but you know what i mean) and a poster is just means a big dunk and people like to say they will put the pic of the dunk on a poster= posterization
In general the meaning of word facial is like a beauty treatment.It means applying a cream like thing to face for glow.The meaning of poster is like advertising.It means that a thing or company is posted at wall or somewhere in certain place.
a facial is a harder dunk right over someone or right in their face like a tomahawk


a poster is more finesse like a windmill or 360
a facial is when a woman's face gets covered with come from a man





a poster is like a picture that you put on the wall

they are the same thing. but poster dunk is more like it can be on a poster, while facial could be more physical.
They are the same....but when you say poster it looks more nasty or beautiful i think.
