If you have a Sally's beauty supply shop around where you are, go in and ask for their bleaching supplies they will hook you up lol. I had to do that one time with me having black eye browns and going to blonde. Yeah.. It worked great. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT use hair removal cream, i used it 7 months ago and i got spots everywhere, red spots, and guess what? they're still there.
