Are you talking about when they loose all the hair on their head, and then their body grows thin hair all over their face in order to stay warm because there's no food in their body?
Welll, if someone hates themself that much to make themself sick, I'm pretty sure this ';facial hair'; situation will effect them jsut as bad.
Sorry your question is kind of confusing, but it all depends on how the person is.
