Are there any facial moisturizers out there than I can buy from a local pharmacy store?

I am 16 years old and I have always had a problem with my face being dry, but now it is even worse since the winter months are coming. So I was wondering does anyone out there know of a good solution or facial moisturizer out there for my age? Thanks! Are there any facial moisturizers out there than I can buy from a local pharmacy store?
My daughter started using Neutrogena's ';Moisture'; in the sensitive skin formula when she was around your age. Now I use it, too.

It seems expensive (about $8 - $11) until you realize that with once-daily use, a bottle lasts three to five months, depending on how much you apply.

It absorbs very quickly and you don't feel like you have anything on your face at all. It doesn't increase skin break-outs, either. Are there any facial moisturizers out there than I can buy from a local pharmacy store?
